Product discriptions:
1. QFT4-30 is a semi-automatic block making machine. It is fully hydraulic drive and produces concrete road pavers, concrete hole bricks and different kinds of wall bricks. The active forcing arch acentric feeding material. Under the help of the drapery bar and it can setting the material equality. Adding material device has many mixer forks. When the material are sent to the moulds box and the mixer fork can be forcing adding material to the mould box. And the material can be set equality instantaneous.
2. Combination of high frequency vibration and moulding. Material feeding device adopts the lay seperation material distribution technology (concrete under layer and color surface layer).
3. The specific design of feeding: It adopts the positive and compulsory arch acentric feeding technology. Under the help of material distribution bar (that is, mixer fork), it can setting the material into the mould box quickly and uniformly. It is the best choice to produce the hole bricks, especially ones with thick surface.
4. Durable design: It applies specific welding craftwork to make it more consistent and durable.
5. Combinatory sencodary material distributor: It can be assembled variously to meet different requirements range from 6 cm to 9 cm, single color or double colors.
